History

Proplastek S.r.l. is founded
The history of Proplastek in the field of plastic moulding for third parties began in 2001, thanks to the experience and know-how of Angelo Coden and Michele Manfrè. In the first decade the company specialised in try-outs, distinguishing itself for its reliability and problem-solving capacity, and over time consolidating relationships with important customers such as De' Longhi and Peg Perego.
2009
New headquarters in Ponte di Piave
In order to satisfy the growing demand, the company moved its headquarters from Campodipietra to Levada di Ponte di Piave, expanding from 1000 square metres to almost double the size of its production space (1000 m2), warehouse (900 m2) and offices (200 m2).
2011
Certifications
Safety and innovation became the pillar around which the company's production revolved, as it chose to certify the quality of its plastic processing.
In 2011 Proplastek achieved two important goals:

2016
Headquarters expansion
The continuous attention to the growth of human resources and the research and development for technological innovation, rewarded the strategic vision of the company, which saw a further increase in the number of customers.
In order to cope with the increase in requests, in 2016 Proplastek acquired new premises: 2500 m2 were dedicated to plastic moulding and the same amount to the storage of raw materials and finished products.

Today, Proplastek has 25 high-tech plastic processing presses running 24 hours a day, 6 days a week. The company, which currently supplies famous brands in more than 60 countries around the world, has chosen to raise the bar in terms of quality once again, investing in the sustainability of materials and processes, together with the digitalisation of production and warehousing.

Full digitalisation will make any product made in the previous ten years perfectly traceable, increasing control over processing and management parameters, limiting error margins and promoting precision. The company is moreover committed to the goal of so-called Zero Waste, linked to IATF certification, i.e. the total zero waste production.

With a view on environmental sustainability, Proplastek chooses to use the state -of -the- art electrical presses, which use an electric motor instead of hydraulic drives, reducing consumption and achieving greater precision on the workpieces produced.
The company also produces and processes fully recyclable plastics, including production waste.
